Free airport transfer.
Book any tour programme and we collect you at Edinburgh Airport and take you back for your return flight, at no extra cost. It is part of the programme price, not an add-on you pay for.
We meet you on arrival
Send us your flight number and arrival time and we will be waiting when you land at Edinburgh Airport. If the flight is delayed we track it and adjust — you do not need to tell us.
Straight to your hotel
A comfortable car and an experienced private driver take you where you are staying, with room for luggage. No queue, no shared shuttle, no waiting for other passengers.
Back for your return flight
On your last day we collect you with enough time for your flight and take you back to the airport. Give us the flight details whenever you have them — at booking, or later.
What to know
- The transfer is free with any booked tour programme. It is not sold on its own.
- A booking can include an arrival transfer, a departure transfer, or both.
- Flight details are optional when you book and can be added or changed afterwards.
- We use your flight number only to meet you at the right time. It is not used for anything else.
